Lace up and take a run for a good cause this month!
The first of the Rock up & Run series of runs in support of the Salt40 Foundation takes place on 1 May. All the runs start and finish at Hops in Ballito, and there are 5.6km and 8km options (as well as a 4km walk).
Entrance is R170 (includes a commemorative t-shirt (limited to the first 200 entries) and a beer, glass of wine or coffee at registration, between 3pm and 6pm at Hops the day before). All proceeds go to the Salt40 Foundation.
